| TRUE LEADERS DON'T HATE |
|
Today's leaders and emerging leaders face incredible challenges both visible and invisible. Amongst the most insidious issues facing leaders today are prejudice and hate. Each of us has a choice to make: we can choose to ignore the darker side of our society, and be part of the problem, or we can acknowledge that predjudice and hate exist and be part of the solution to the problem. Based on the award winning documentary Journey to a Hate Free Millennium, and using tools developed over years of successful presentations, True Leaders Don't Hate brings an important focus on this issue to leaders.
In addition to a presentation of Journey to a Hate Free Millennium
that is customized for leaders in your organization,
|
| True Leaders Don't Hate includes concentrated group breakout sessions. During breakout sessions, participants are asked to deeply discuss and explore the core issue of hate, and how each of them can be part of the solution not only individually, but as leaders on campus and in their communities. Working together through role plays such as such as "The Cold Shoulder", "Cafeteria Segregation", and "Promotion Biases", leaders see how hate can appear in our society, how to identify potential prejudice and hate issues, and how to manage them when they occur. |
